I've been wathching this one for a while now. I sure hope it's good. If they will take a cue from spiderman(and even the first couple of season of Smallville) and focus on the character, I think it will be enjoyable and continue into a long running series. Something that strikes me as odd though. In the trailer the voiceover, presumably Jor-El, Clarks father, says he sent him to earth on purpose. I don't remember earth being so much an intential thing as much as a convient place to send Clark where he wouldn't stand out. I'm assuming his home planet is still destroyed, as that pretty much makes up the most interesting part of Clarks/Superman's character.
